Churreria La Lola is an all-day dessert restaurant known for their signature fresh churros served with dark chocolate dip. La Lola has opened 8 branches since its conception in December 2014. The branding was created by Manilla based agency And A Half
“For the identity, we stuck to the colors of the Mexican flag and added a little (chocolate) brown on the side for accents. We created patterns after Mexican floor tiles while Lola and her brood of churros were inspired by the Mexican Holiday, Dio de Los Muertos.
The packaging was designed to be noticed. We played around with the colors and shapes, even introducing seasonal and holiday-themed designs for the packaging. We wanted people to see the cones from afar, pique their interest, and eventually draw them into the store to see what La Lola has to offer.”
